These guys are fantastic! Welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. The time they choose to donate (admin, lawyers and JP's) is worth much more than the $50 fee they charge for legal advice.

Can never get thru to speak to anyone when I call. Must have tried at least 5 times each day during last week. Tried again yesterday and will try again today. You can sit on holding waiting to talk to someone and then all of a sudden a recorded voice comes to to say the office is now closed to take calls and to refer to their website.I also did the option for someone to call me back. On all occasions I still havnt had a call back.This is my third week today of trying to get thru. Ridiculous...

Pretty nice and cordial staff. Didn’t have 50c :) for one doc print on the spot but they managed. JP service is pretty nice and helpful.

Good advice at the right price. I came away with a lot more than I expected, all of it helpful. Reception staff were friendly and approachable. The solicitor I saw gave me a lot of good advice, as well as furnishing me with all the relevant forms. Good location on Barrack Street in the city, just off St George Terrace. Would recommend this place to anyone needing solid information.

I went to get some documents certified on 23/09/2022. Dr. Sadanand Ganpat Mankar (JP No. 29301) refused to certify my bank details confirmation and pay slip, which are only available online, after I repeatedly told him I need to post those documents and offered to show him the originals online.He then said I won't certify pdf printouts. Don't give me those documents. Give submit them online."I had to drive to Westfield Garden City to finally get those documents certified.Just back off if you don't really want to help. Such a time waster."

The service was fantastic, the lady (JP) I was dealing with was brilliant, so much help,I thought it was going to be a nightmare, but no , only problem I had was the life would not let me out, lol had to go up 2 extra floors then push ground again then I escaped lol. Thanks so much for your help.
